Make sure your device is connected to the internet and try reopening the app. The daily challenge resets at midnight UTC. If the countdown has completed and nothing changed, force-close and relaunch. If the issue persists, email us with your player code and device type.
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Delete Player Data." This removes your profile, friend connections, game progress, and all associated records. If you cannot access the app, email us with your player code (if available) and we will help.
Please include your device model (e.g. iPhone 15, Pixel 8), the app version number (found in Settings), what you tapped or did, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful. Send bug reports to issues@lastoneloses.com.
Check that notifications are enabled for Last One Loses in your device settings (Settings > Notifications on iOS, or Settings > Apps > Last One Loses on Android). Also make sure notifications are turned on inside the app. If they are enabled but not arriving, try restarting the app.
Currently, your game data is tied to your anonymous player identity on your device. Switching devices may result in a new player identity being created. We are working on ways to make data transfer easier in future updates.
In Ranked Play, you are matched with opponents near your current skill level. Online Casual matches pair you with available players regardless of rank. Friend matches and Pass-and-Play let you choose who to play with directly.
Yes. You can play against the computer and use Pass-and-Play mode without an internet connection. Online features like Ranked Play, friend challenges, daily challenges, and notifications require a connection.
